The file sent complies with the instructions to the authors given for this type of contribution and is in Microsoft Word or latex .doc format. In any other format the author will be penalized and the article will be eliminated. If the author uploads inappropriate formats again, he or she will lose the possibility of publishing in our journal.
We are aware that the Cuban Journal of Computer Sciences contemplates, as part of its guidelines, the mandatory approval of academic arbitration known as peer review, for the possible incorporation of a text in its editorial process, and we are also aware that the results of said opinion They are unappealable.

Author Guidelines
They set forth, for authors, bibliographic and formatting standards used in items submitted to the journal (e.g., American Psychological Association Publication Manual, 5th edition, 2001). It is often helpful to provide examples of how journal and book references should be formatted for use in submissions. It is also important to mention additional files (e.g., datasets, search tools, etc.) that authors should upload in addition to their submission to make readers feel more involved in the project.
Authors interested in publishing in the Revista Cubana de Ciencias Informáticas (RCCI) may submit original articles, review articles, short articles and book reviews, which must meet the established publication standards to be accepted in the peer review flow. Only unpublished papers that are not committed to other publishers will be accepted. The languages of publication will be English and Spanish.
RCCI, based on its open access policy, does not apply charges for article submission, processing and/or publication (APCs), so each accepted manuscript is treated free of charge.
The Ethics Statement, Code of Conduct and Anti-Plagiarism Policy of the RCCI emphasize the originality of manuscripts. However, authors may submit manuscripts whose previous versions have been deposited in an internationally endorsed pre-print server. RCCI accepts and welcomes manuscripts previously deposited in arXhiv.org, as long as it is declared by the authors at the time of submission, -indicating name, address and DOI-, and they can reference the final published version of their manuscript in RCCI. It is recommended to integrate the author profile in arXhiv with ORCID.

Only papers submitted with due authorization from the institution where they have been carried out will be published.
Authors are solely responsible for the inclusion and/or submission of contents that may be considered restricted or confidential by the institutions to which they have been assigned.
Authorship
Limited to those who have contributed substantially to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All those who have contributed in this way should be listed as co-authors.
Authors should carefully consider the listing and order of authors before subscribing to the manuscript. Any changes may be considered upon request of the author for correspondence, with rationale, approval of all authors (initials, additions or removals), submitted prior to acceptance of the manuscript and approved by the Editorial Board.
Structure of the manuscripts
All materials to be published will have:
Title in English and Spanish.
Full names of authors and institutional affiliations. ORCID code. Always indicate the full name of the institution, postal address including telephone and e-mail. Indicate the author for correspondence with an asterisk (*). Use numerical super indexes at the end of full names to distinguish authors with different institutional affiliations. List institutional affiliations in a separate paragraph below the list of authors.
An abstract should be included in Spanish and English, with a length of 200 to 250 words and between four and five key words in both languages. In the case of book reviews, this is not necessary.
Pages should be numbered in the lower right corner.
Keywords: 3 to 6 terms are acceptable and should avoid being general, plural and including multiple concepts. Avoid the use of abbreviations, except if they are widely used in the field of research addressed by the manuscript. Keywords are essential for indexing the manuscript. Manuscripts that use The ACM Computing Classification System (CCS) for such classification are welcome.
Do not use unnecessary abbreviations or acronyms, when they appear for the first time they should be accompanied by their meaning.
The International System of Measurements and the comma (,) should be used in figures.
Tables and figures should be inserted in the body of the text and should be optimized for printing in black and white and preferably in vector formats.
Images should be at least 531 x 1328 pixels (length by width) using a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If a long image is used, it must be proportional to 200 height x 500 width. The images must have this proportion when scaled.
The file types for exporting images should preferably be in this order of acceptance: .SVG, .EPS, .TIFF, .PNG.
All figurative elements (images, models, tables, code, formulas, etc.) and supporting files (video, animation sequences, visualizations, audio, datasets, etc.) of the manuscript must be submitted independently and previously subscribed on the Figshare Authors are encouraged to integrate their Figshare profile with their ORCID identifier and to reference their manuscript images from the DOI provided by Fishare.
The title of the figures should be placed at the bottom using Times New Roman at 11 points, with sequential numbering according to the order in which they appear in the paper. If texts are included, the same language should be used as in the contribution.

Submission of a contribution to the Revista Cubana de Ciencias Informáticas (RCCI) implies a NON-EXCLUSIVE ASSIGNMENT of rights, which includes:
Reproduce the Article in whole or in part and communicate the Article to the public in printed or electronic form, whether or not combined with works by third parties, such as making the Article available to the public through the Internet or any other network, as part of a database, with on-line or off-line access, for use by third parties;
